Our Adult Day Respite Program is designed to support persons living with memory loss and their caregivers. We offered loved ones a much-needed respite from the mental and physical demands of care-giving while participants enjoy social, cognitive and physical activity to enhance their quality of life. Over the years, the Adult Day Respite Program has helped many isolated seniors remain, healthy, happy and connected with their community. We are looking for volunteers to help the Adult Day Respite Program Coordinator with participant activities, supervision, cleaning and meal service. The program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-2pm at the Vintage House senior center. Volunteers commit to a once a week / 4 hour shift for at least 3 months. A background clearance from Department of Justice and FBI are mandatory and TB test are required. Click the Respond button on the right to start the volunteer process.
