What We Do

The Council on Aging empowers seniors through its Senior Peer Support program, fostering connections and combating isolation by facilitating meaningful social interactions and mental health support among older adults. Through initiatives like Aging in Place, they provide essential resources and services that enable seniors to maintain their independence and dignity within their homes, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being. Additionally, their Lunch and Socialization programs create welcoming environments where seniors can enjoy nutritious meals and engage in enriching activities, promoting both physical and mental wellness.
